Supplier Agreement

Consent warranty

You warrant that every lead you submit was obtained with express consent meeting CASL’s standard, that you captured and retain the consent wording, checkbox state, IP address and timestamp, and that your consent wording contemplates disclosure to the categories of buyer who will receive the lead.

Traffic quality

You warrant that you have accurately disclosed your traffic source. Incentivized traffic, undisclosed co-registration, scraped or purchased lists, and fabricated data are prohibited.

Payment and clawback

Your balance is credited when a lead sells. Approved returns result in a clawback of the corresponding payout. Payouts are issued weekly once your balance exceeds the minimum threshold.

Audit

We may request evidence of consent for any lead you have submitted. Failure to produce it may result in suspension and reversal of associated payouts.

Termination

Either party may terminate on written notice. Amounts owing for accepted leads survive termination, subject to the return window.
