By accessing Leadz Marketplace you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

Accounts are subject to approval. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and your API keys, and for all activity conducted through them.

Acceptable use

You may not submit leads obtained without valid consent, misrepresent your traffic source, submit incentivized or fabricated data, or attempt to access data belonging to another participant.

Fees

Fees are as described on our pricing page or in your written agreement. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
